Hello. I'm Todd Bullivant and I reside in Northeast PA after relocating from New Jersey where I was a licensed Home Inspector and Septic Inspector. I have a master's degree from the University of Connecticut (UCONN) and have completed advanced work in material science and building/asset fortification. I apply my knowledge and experience to each and every home inspection while maintaining a client focused approach. I thoroughly enjoy working with both sellers and buyers and hope to have the opportunity to show you why an Independent Pre-Inspection is the better way to do a home inspection.
